PAYMENT
Quotes are free!All prices can be converted into your currency upon requestPayments will only be taken once details have been fully discussed but will be required before I begin workI work on 2 - 3 commissions at a time, after this my waitlist slots openAfter your waitlist has been discussed and confirmed I will request a 20% deposit to order in your materials in advance
Once a slot is available this deposit will be taken off of your total bill and work will beginWaitlist slots can only be held 3 months without the depositPayment via bank transfer and PayPal F+F onlyPayment can only be partially refundable depending on how much work has been done on your suitIf I need to cancel your commission for any reason you will receive a full refundTalk to me about payment plans! I’m very happy to happy organise something with you!Complex markings, multiple colours, accessories etc may cost a little more so make sure to contact me for a quote!
Age
While I won’t refuse to work with someone due to their age, If you are under the age of 16 please speak to a parent or guardian before asking for a quote and notify me of your age in the quote form. I request written consent from a parent or guardian before I take any payment
Repairs
As I am a beginner maker I offer a one year free repair service! This service covers:
- Broken stitches
- Loose fabric
- Damage to the foam base
- Staining and damage to fur colour
- Re-stuffing tail and paws
- Will repair up to 40% of the suit (more than this will become a refurb and require a small fee for supplies)This service does not cover:
- Redesigns
- Base reshaping
- Resizing
- If you go against my care guideIf you require a repair please contact me to notify me of your issue, I will take them on as a case by case basis depending on the issue

Shipping
I am currently based in the county of Hampshire UKI am happy to organise pick ups, drop offs within the county or delivery at conventionsUK first class postage is expected to cost £10 +
European postage is expected to cost £30 +
International shipping will need to be quotedUS shipping is extremely expensive and unpredictable, while I used to offer to cover the cost of tariffs and insurance I no longer do as I cannot afford it, shipping is expected to cost £230 + so this should be considered if you live in the US and are thinking of commissioning me!
